The founder, Richard Babb, began his executive search career in 1998 and has completed over 350 projects ranging from retained C level biotech to "turn key" clinical development / manufacturing / pharmaceutical recruiting accelerations. Richard's pre-recruiting healthcare background has been instrumental in understanding a client's/candidate's needs in today's ever changing legislative / regulatory / managed care environment.
Babb McGrew has experience in retained/engaged/contingency/ RPO search projects with additional resources dedicated to formal coaching / retention evaluations / planning.
