About Babb McGrew
The founder, Richard Babb, began his executive search career in 1998 and has completed over 500 projects ranging from retained C level to RPO manufacturing/sales recruiting accelerations. Richard's pre-recruiting P&L/general management background has been instrumental in understanding how to support a client's value prop and candidate's fit into the role.
Babb McGrew has experience in retained/engaged/contingency/ RPO search projects with additional resources dedicated to formal coaching / retention evaluations / planning. We believe that every aspect of the recruiting life cycle (company / culture / position evaluation - feedback / proposal to client, candidate search / interview / evaluation / submittal, candidate / client negotiation assistance / lead, onboarding, client review) has multiple, layered nuances that require a degree of experience/sophistication / business savvy to meet / exceed the expectations of everyone involved in the process.
